Counter-rotating brush heads are set under certain angle, allowing their brushes to sweep the surface and enabling the strong air flow not only to remove deeply embedded hair, fibers, dust, pollen, and other dirt and allergens, but also enabling the air flow to strip away any hair of fibers that got entangled around the tool's brushes.

Dyson Tangle Free Turbine Tool is 'almost' maintenance-free tool - in real life it is, however, necessary to periodically check the brushes and if required (rarely, but ...) to manually remove any entangled dirt.

Dyson Tangle Free Turbine Tool also features an articulating base plate, which seals the surface being cleaned, ensuring maximum cleaning efficiency, and maintaining the contact with uneven surfaces. Pivoting range is 20°, helping the tool to keep full surface contact at different cleaning angles.

Tool is powered via so-called 'a clean air turbine', which is positioned at the top of the unit in order to guarantee continuous airflow through the unit, in order to drive the rotating cleaner heads, minimizing the maintenance tasks.

Note that the Dyson Tangle Free Turbine Tool is compatible with all Dyson upright and canister vacuums from DC23 onwards, except DC24 - this tool is NOT compatible with Dyson cordless vacuums!
